The Story:

An episodic comedy about the ten commandments.

My Opinion

The quality of the episodes vary a bit but overall I'd put this into the upper third of Winona's movies.

In the first of Winona's episodes (you shall not have other gods beside me) her boyfriend stucks into the ground after a somewhat fatal parachute jump and he becomes one of this fast-lived celebs, who rises as fast as he falls. Winona's is only a side-character here but she gets some nice moments.

The real fun begins with Thou Shall Not Steal, were Winona as Kelly LaFonda on her honeymoon has a wild affair with a wooden puppet - intimate kissing and wild never-ending sex included. Winona really lets go here and all other actors somehow melt with the background. Winona pulls crazyness to a new level in this one - and even if truely weird comedy, I'd say this is her best work scince The Crucible and Girl, Interrupted.

Overall The Ten is wild hillarious ride.
