The Story:
The life in Clyde gets on Dinky's nerves and she really is rebellious towards her parents, her school...nearly everyone. The only one she talks to is Denton Webb...
As the only famous kid of Clyde, Roxy Carmichael, plans to return home, Dinky hopes that this would solve all her problems...
My Opinion:
Dinky is a real „dorky kid“ (to speak with Peppermint Patty's words...), but Winona keeps the character loveable...
During the movie you realize that director Jim Abrahams likes weird characters. But thats not surprising if you remember that Jim Abrahams together with the Zucker brothers became famous with „The Naked Gun“ and „Hot Shots“ among others. Especially the supporting roles are more weird than real characters.
